Cancellation Policy

• Minimum number of participants: 2.

• Maximum capacity of the vehicle / Maximum number of participants per route and excursion: 7.

• Montes de Tenerife reserves the right to modify the route and itinerary due to weather conditions, force majeure or circumstances beyond to our control.

• The total price per person includes: pick up and return to the accommodation establishment, all of the planned routes between each point of interest of the itinerary, professional guide in Spanish, English and / or German, vehicle insurance ,civil liability and taxes (IGIC).

• Cancellation policy: In case of canceling your reservation up to 7 days before your enjoyment, a 100% penalty of your total value will be applied. In case of canceling with 14 days in advance, a penalty of 50% of its total value will apply. Ask us for a change of date, it will only be possible in case of availability in our calendar of routes and excursions.

• Montes de Tenerife is exempt from any responsibility for the loss of personal items during the itineraries, including theft of the vehicle when it is parked. Please have your belongings checked at all times.
